Our Story
Med Wheel began with a simple observation:
the biggest failures in cross-border care don’t happen in operating rooms—they happen in the between. The between of languages, time zones, clinical expectations, and paperwork. Families were unsure what to expect; embassies and insurers needed predictability; hospitals tried to deliver excellence without the tools to coordinate every moving part.
We built a Med Wheel to live in that space and make it coherent.

Partner Hospitals & Specialists
We vet for licensure and board certifications, case volume and outcomes trends, openness to transparent pricing, and willingness to co-manage aftercare with home-country clinicians. We prefer accredited facilities, or those actively moving toward accreditation, and we prioritize communication that patients describe as clear and humane.
Our Coordinators
Each client gets a dedicated coordinator: Coordinators manage clinical intake, schedule tele-consults, arrange documents, guide visas and travel, liaise with hospitals, and provide daily updates during admission. They speak your language, they understand timelines and cultural needs.
